Today while I was sitting at work, my mind took track of it's own. All the discoveries that made us what we are today used to be the brainchild of a single person. Take for instance Einstein, Tesla, Bell and so the endless list goes on. Now, who still invents and gets recognition for it?
All the great inventors of our time are being snubbed by big corporations. Take for instance the great Canadian inventor John Hutchison, and the force fields that he has discovered. He discovered it twenty odd years ago, and it still hasn't been taken and used for the benefit of mankind.
Our world is being limited by these corporations and companies, and, with what they would say is good reason. Our ways of transport hasn't changed much over the last 60 years. Given, the cars look smarter, are technological marvels, and go faster, but they are still 'on the ground' so to speak.
Once you take oil out of the equation, where does the world economy and markets go to? Hence, no flying cars, no cars that run on much less than a beam of light, and also not many better alternative fuels. It is as if the world has been slowing down in terms of moving forward, because of our own greediness.
A very good question was once asked, and it went:
'If we are really getting more civilized, then why are we getting more violent and greedy?'
Once again mankind hasn't stood together as one, joining in a single great project, to show ourselves that we haven't devolved, but evolved. A renewal of the mind is needed, and once we realise that, the future will start bearing fruit beyond imagination.
There are only a handful people that still opt for the arts: music, drawing, performing, studies, reading, writing, philosophy and so forth. We have moved back in time only to become Neanderthals with a little bit of style. No more do we have great places like the Library at Alexandria, the knowledge on how to build our own Pyramids, even how to study the stars without sophisticated equipment.
Wise men do not travel the globe from one great city to the other in search of knowledge, for how would they fund themselves? And worse of all, what would they gain? Our perception of wisdom has changed, and the majority of the world now believes wisdom is connected to financial success.
The shamans, the sangomas, the witchdoctors of old, all had the understanding that our spirits are somehow connected to the world around us. Why is it that those who can see choose to remain blind, and those who can hear, choose to remain deaf. We have chosen to close the doors on our spiritual half, the half that made us more than mere men.
We do not even have the ability to create a cheap filtration process for sea water, so as to turn it into fresh water. Why? Because men are probably too afraid and too poor to even attempt such experiments. Looking for the most advanced and most mind boggling solution has taken our mind of 'back to the basics' for almost a century now. Sometimes you don't need to create lightning to strike a bale of hay to set it on fire, a simple match will do.
Modern man was quick to laugh at tales about Atlantis, Lemuria, and the theory about middle earth. but yet we haven't even explored our oceans to any extent, we don't know much about the earth, except that someone started to guess it must have a crust, and it is warm on the inside. Whoop dee doo.... and there we know everything, right?
All the answers to the world's biggest problems was given to us thousands of years ago, but, alas, we just like to trample over jungles, valleys, people, animals, and don't care who or what comes our way, for we will step on them/it without a second thought.
We are still our greatest enemy, and it seems as if we are enjoying the position.

Once upon a time....
In a country far far away. So the story should start anyway. I received some stunning photographs from a friend of mine in South Africa. She looks stunning, and her personality is more beautiful than words can ever describe.
These pictures to me represent the natural beauty of my country. Even though there are several foreign countries trying to keep it subdued and chained through politics, it will still remain my country, and my heart will always be with it's people.
The first picture is from the Knysna Forest. It is located in the Eastern Cape, and it is one of the few treasures that only a handful of foreigners have ever seen.
The second one is a close up of a protea flower, which once upon a time used be one of our national emblems. It is a rare flower, and normally expensive when bought in a bouquet.

Barkley is a magical part of the Cape Province with a sense of beauty that takes your breath away, and makes you think about man's place in this world.

Knysna is a small town located next to the Knysna Forest, and reminds me of the small island towns in Greece and Cypress.

The wonderful ways of God
Today God showed me that He is still planning to use me in some funny obscure way. I sent a text message to the girl that I saw crying on the bus yesterday. In the message I gave some advice and put in a bit of wisdom at the end of it. She does not have my new phone number, but did however sent the following reply back:
Hallo, I don't know who you are that texted me, but I have to thank you for the text message. You will never ever realise what you have done for me today. Just before I got your text, I stood in front of the Lord, once again crying, pleading, asking Him to show me who I really am and how other people perceive me. Thank you for your text, and there it is that the Lord answered me through you. Hope you have a nice day and thank you for the blessing that you are to me today.
(Translated from Afrikaans as best I could)
I haven't told her that it is my number, and I am not planning to do so in the near future. Helping people is something that I love doing, and today has once again proven to me that it is worth it.
A couple of months back, whilst I was still an area supervisor for a previous company, I got sent to attend to an alarm activation. I raced to the Church of England record centre, and, when I got there found it was a false alarm caused by the neighouring Church band drums. So I got back into the car, going about my normal daily duties again, and finally returned to the office after 7pm, only to find that the company fuel card is missing. I searched everywhere, and was about a spanner away from taking the car apart, when I realised it was futile, and I would have to answer for it in the morning.
That morning I prayed for assistance like never before. As I arrived at work, a bunch of keys and the car key got shoved into my hand. A frantic shift manager told me that there is an alarm activation no where else but at the Church of England record centre. So, my Schumacher alter ego came into play, and I raced down there again. Upon arrival I found the small receptionist who told me that the alarm just keeps on activating, even though she has silenced it. As I touched the keypad it just reset, as if nothing had happened.
After a brief discussion with the lady, I started walking down a small path to the pedestrian gate to get to the car. There, in the middle of the path, right in front of the gate, lay the fuel card, not a spec of dust or water on it. A gate that I had never used in three years at the centre, which I never park near to, never even came within 20 yards of it! I also leave the fuel card in the middle pocket of the car, and never take it out except at fuel stations. God smiled on me that day, through a simple fuel card.
God does work in mysterious ways, and I am still to understand His ways.

Complimenting a Texas lady
Diane has been a good sport during our long hours of MSN chats, and to this day I am still wondering how she holds it out with me. I have never met her in real life, but hope that I will have the privelege of speaking to her face to face.
Even when I phone her and the conversation turns into something dead boring, she still listens and keeps the phone alive. A person like this is to be added to someone's treasure chest and never ever thrown away. Never will I forget the imaginative dog buying, fence fixing and all the star sign personality comparisons.
One day I hope I can add to the life experiences that you will tell all your grandchildren, and the rest of your children. Grits, putu pap, big freakin swords under the beds and pillows of damsels in distress and cats would be on the discussion list as soon as we face each other. Next year in Alabama or would that be Scotland? The race is on! Who will save up for their holidays first?
This one's for you Goober! Thanks for being such an excellent friend!
The Tactics of Darkness
As I sat on the bus to work tonight I saw a young girl crying. A self proclaimed 'priest' told her that she chases people away from church. He told her that he is right, and will always be. Unfortunately for this 'priest' I know the girl. I have seen her spirit, her personality. I have been a silent watcher up to now - a guardian angel if you will. I will speak to the young man, and ask what his purpose, his fruits are. For his sake I hope he as very good answers.
London has been a hotspot of spiritual activity lately. I do not know if 'they' come with the winter darkness, or if they are 'summoned' by idiots who think they can control them. The last one I have personally dealt with was in February 2006, at one of the city's biggest institutions. I was too weak and uninformed to do anything but control the situation, and not let it escalate. That young man is still in a psychiatric ward, and the medicine is not helping his condition (what a surprise!).
These dark creatures are like the proverbial lions. When they attack prey, they separate one from the herd. This allows for a quick takedown of the prey and a fast feast. Demons are the best teamplayers you will ever find. In our terms it means they try to convince you that you are not welcome between other Christians, or they cause small frictions, which lead to the separation of one person. Once alone, there is no one to cover this person's back, and worst of all, no one to help the person back on his feet when he is down. Once down, he gets kicked, and beaten mercilessly.
All the problems seem larger than life, as you are looking up at them. Little do you realise that if you are on your feet they are small, and you will be looking down on them. Some people in the scientific community are saying that demonic possession is nothing but a chemical imbalance in the brain. Can someone please explain to me in what way does an exorcism correct a chemical imbalance? It is sad if you are blind, but it is very sad and pathetic if you can see but act blind.
What worries me is that so called 'atheists' buy books on the occult. People experimenting with the unknown, and then cannot handle the consequences. Another young man got on the bus a couple of weeks back, and within seconds spotted me. He had a beer in his hand, and was moderately drunk, slurring his speech as he tried to convince the bus driver he that he was all but.
On a full bus, he came over to me, and the first thing he said was:'I am not afraid of anything' in a low guttural tone of voice that did not make him sound close to drunk. His eyes when he got on the bus was blue, but now it looked more like brown, close to black. His whole voice was different, and the speech was definitely not slurred.
I was given a rendition of 'How I murdered a man whilst others begged me not to' on my bus journey. Whatever it was that spoke to me was trying to scare me. It tried to intimidate me as best it could. Just before I got off the bus, it told me:'God have mercy on your soul!' upon which I smiled, and replied:'He already has!'. That ended the little performance, and the guy was back to his funny old drunken antics.
Lately I have been the subject of one attack. Well planned, smoothly followed through, but badly assessed. They had me for weeks now, on my own, and boy, were they kicking the crap out of me! Selfworth, loneliness, financial issues, love life, you name it and they brought it up. Even my old pornography addiction was back again (I kept clean for months). That is, until today. I have once more deleted everything off my pc, I have started to study again, and have decided to go and see some people at the Good News Shop in Leyton.
This time I am the one that will be doing the kicking in the spiritual realm. And I wear a size 12 shoe, which will make them hurt!

Early morning start
My life has changed quite rapidly over the last couple of weeks. I am sitting here as a 26 year old with nothing going for me, wondering what tommorow will bring. Well, tommorow, 00:49 to be exact, has dawned upon me, and brought this blog into existance. My daily Anomalist and Book of Thoth allowance has been reached, and my mind has started 'running' again.
Today has been branded 'The First Day of The Rest of My Life' in my little black book (diary). A new goal has entered the daily race, and that is to not say anything nasty about anyone for at least a month.
I have seen Chrisna off at Victoria Station on Sunday, on her way to South Africa, and to make things worse Anso and Winifred was waved off from Heathrow on Monday. For the first time in my life loneliness tried to overpower me, but it got a kick in the teeth, as I got over it before the end of the day.
I am a Christian in the making, and find it very difficult sticking to the rules. I do however have Muslims, Budhists, Atheists and so forth in my circle of friends, and do not see them as lesser people. There is something to be learned from every person, every nation.
I for one get very upset when people drag colour, race, creed, birth and such rubbish into an argument. Call me old fashioned, but I like to 'take it outside', one on one, either get my backside kicked into all the colours of the rainbow or vice versa...... and then we go for a beer!
I have decided to share a 'vision' that I got at 2am a couple of weeks ago. It prompted a couple of words of wisdom (or so I like to call them), and made me see life in a totally different light. It 'hit' me after a long tedious argument with a good friend of mine.
Ladies & Gentleman, I give to you:

WORDS OF WISDOM
“Learn to distinguish between trying to do God’s work and the work that God has ordained for you”
“For to fly on the wings of angels, you first have to learn to stick to God’s flight plan”
“Is God putting the words in your mouth, or are you trying to put the words into God’s mouth?”
Based upon Matthew 12:37
“For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.”
Based upon Matthew 12:37
“For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.”
The Art of Christian War? (based on The Art of War - Sun Tsu)
1. The Commander stands for the virtues of wisdom, sincerely, benevolence, courage and strictness. (Pastor/Priest)
1. The Commander stands for the virtues of wisdom, sincerely, benevolence, courage and strictness. (Pastor/Priest)
2. By method and discipline are to be understood the marshaling of the army in its proper subdivisions, the graduations of rank among the officers, the maintenance of roads by which supplies may reach the army, and the control of military expenditure. (Assistant Pastors/Assistants etc.)
3. The general that hearkens to my counsel and acts upon it, will conquer: let such a one be retained in command! The general that hearkens not to my counsel nor acts upon it, will suffer defeat:--let such a one be dismissed! (God’s advice, God speaking to leaders)
4. He will win whose army is animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks. (The HOLY SPIRIT!)
